What equipment do I need for In-Home Personal Training?

You don't need to worry about equipment for in-home training sessions. Our trainers bring everything required for the workout, including weights, resistance bands and any other equipment that will support your specific goals/needs. The only thing you will need to provide is a yoga mat.

Where will the workouts be done?

At your home, office, or even a nearby park. Workouts can be performed indoors or outdoors, whichever you prefer. Workouts can be done in as small as a 10’ X 10’ area.

 I travel frequently. Can I still participate?

Yes! We offer virtual coaching and customized workout plans that you can take with you anywhere. Whether you’re in a hotel gym or at home, our program keeps you on track no matter where your schedule takes you.

 I have a demanding schedule. How will this program fit into my routine?

We understand that time is your most valuable asset. Our program offers flexible training schedules, including early morning, lunchtime, and evening sessions. We also provide efficient, high-impact workouts designed to maximize results in minimal time.
