With a background in psychology and over 19 years of fitness experience, and 17 years in business. Nicole understands that true transformation requires more than just workouts—it's about building lasting habits and breaking through mental and physical barriers.
When she's not working with clients, Nicole is expanding her knowledge and staying current with the latest research. Outside of Invictus, she enjoys pickleball, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
